REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs all funds received by NASSAK Consultants Private Limited from students/applicants for educational consultancy, admission processing, and visa facilitation services.

1. No Refund After Document Processing

Once the student’s documents have been submitted and the application process has commenced, no refund shall be applicable if the student withdraws voluntarily at any stage.

2. Ministerial / Government Order Stage

Once the student’s file has reached the ministerial or government processing stage, and the application is deemed ready, no refund shall be made under any circumstances.
No claim shall be entertained for any amount paid.

3. Visa Rejection

In the event of visa rejection, any applicable refund shall be processed strictly in accordance with the written agreement signed between the student and NASSAK Consultants Private Limited.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within ninety (90) days from the date NASSAK Consultants receives the official visa rejection letter from the embassy.

4. Visa Issuance & Admission Completion

Once the visa has been issued and the admission process has been successfully completed, no refund shall be granted to the applicant.
In such cases, 100% of the paid amount shall be deducted.

5. Deportation or Immigration Issues

In case the student is deported, refused entry, or faces immigration issues in the destination country after visa issuance, NASSAK Consultants Private Limited shall not be held respo 6.

6.Fees Paid Directly to Foreign Universities

Any tuition fees or other charges paid directly by the applicant to a foreign university shall be outside the responsibility of NASSAK Consultants Private Limited.
NASSAK Consultants shall not be responsible for any refund claims related to such payments.

7. Payments Made to Third Parties

Any amount transferred by the student to third parties for facilitation of admission, visa processing, travel, or related services shall be entirely at the student’s own risk and responsibility.
NASSAK Consultants Private Limited shall not be liable for such payments.

8. Limitation of Financial Responsibility

NASSAK Consultants Private Limited shall be responsible only for the amounts actually received directly by the company.
The company shall bear no responsibility for payments made to any other individual, institution, or entity.

 

9.General Terms

· All refunds (if applicable) are subject to administrative deductions and service charges as outlined in the signed agreement.

· Verbal commitments shall not be considered valid; only written and signed agreements shall be binding.

· This Refund Policy is final and binding upon acceptance by the student.
